Executive Order on Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence (AI). This document ensures that America leads the way in seizing the promise and managing the risks of artificial intelligence. It provides technical terms definitions, establishes new standards for AI safety and security, such as guidelines, best practices for AI, and managing AI in Critical Infrastructure and in Cybersecurity. It also protects Americans’ privacy, advances equity and civil rights, stands up for consumers, patients, students, and workers, promotes innovation and competition, advances American leadership around the world, and ensures responsible and effective Government use of AI.
